Information Collected

The Benefit Fund’s server automatically recognizes, but does not collect or use your domain name (IP address).  We do not collect individual information about you or your use of this site.  The Benefit Fund also does not use cookies (a cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive).

Occasionally, the Benefit Fund may send a solicitation to individuals who previously have donated funds to the Benefit Fund or to potential new donors.  To the extent the Benefit Fund sends such solicitation materials, the Benefit Fund will provide an “opt-out” mechanism, at least one time annually, for those donors who do not want to receive any additional information or other materials from the Benefit Fund.  Any personally identifiable information that a donor may provide us is used to acknowledge receipt of such donor’s donation for tax purposes and to include the donor in the Benefit Fund’s records.  The Benefit Fund will not share any personal information outside of the organization.

The Benefit Fund does not sell, rent, or trade consumer mailing lists.
