The N.Y. Police and Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund mourns the passing of Cindy Rubino.
Cindy was a generous supporter and a truly wonderful person. She will be greatly missed by everyone at our organization and by all who knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially her beloved husband, Rich, and her dearest son, Nick.
