Ever since becoming an avid field hockey player, Emma’s always had an affinity for running. Upon moving to New York last year, she found running to be a great way to explore the city. Both of Emma’s parents are Baltimore police officers, so a charity that benefits the families of fallen first responders greatly resonates with her. “It’s a lot of hard work that requires a lot of emotional strength and I really respect them for that,” she says of first responders.
In her free time, Emma loves painting or doing anything creative, exploring the city, relaxing in Central Park, or playing pickleball.
